General, Shipping and Payment Conditions
  1. These conditions apply to all our sales, services and shipments. Modifications, especially conditions for customers and other special conditions only apply if approved by us in written form.

  2. All offers are without obligation. Especially delivery times, prices and intermediate sales remain subject to change. We reserve the right to decline orders partly or completely. Offers are only binding if they have been confirmed in written form. Verbal agreements also require our written confirmation.

  3. Prices are being calculated in Philippine Pesos (Php). VAT is calculated separately if not stated differently.

  4. Pictures, sizes, weights and other technical specifications are only approximately binding. Outward appearance and technical specifications remain subject to change. We do not guarantee suitability for the use as intended by the customer.

  5. Our stated times of delivery are not binding. They are only binding if we issue a guarantee of times of delivery in written form. Part deliveries are possible; they count as individual business transactions and do not alter the unfulfilled part of the contract.

  6. For all national and international orders we only accept Advance Payments as per online transactions. Goods remain property of the seller until fully paid for.

  7. All goods are forwarded at buyer's risk always. Transport insurance will only be included if desired by the customer. Costs of this insurance have to be paid for by the customer. Objections to the quality and quantity of our goods have to be submitted to us in written form at the latest 8 days after receiving the goods. Notifications of a defect can only be raised if our goods are unchanged in the original containers. We meet justified notifications of defects exclusively and at our choice by exchanging the goods or reducing the purchase price.

  8. Acts of God and of Government, strikes, lockouts, interruption of operation, distribution and of traffic, occurring to us or our suppliers, discharge us from our contractual obligations, also if these incidents occur when our shipping is already delayed. We are, however, entitled to deliver afterwards.

  9. In the event that one or several of these terms of business are invalid wholly or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. All agreements and deliveries are subject to these conditions exclusively.
